Conclusions

 

To enhance the efficiency of the hiring and onboarding, recruiting, and offboarding processes for UPenn, UPenn can renegotiate the terms of their contract with PennFor and HireRight to fix any system error or glitch. UPenn can also negotiate a new contract with other vendors such as SAP SuccessFactors to replace PennFor and AI powered background check services such as Checkr which provides a more customized software program. By addressing these issues with PennFor and HireRight, UPenn can enhance the effectiveness of the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for both current employees and future employees.
